At Windsoul Studio, we believe in education through movement.  Each of our children’s yoga classes center around a theme for the day and incorporate many educational elements that may include mathematics, language, art, anatomy, cooperative play and more. These elements are laced into fun classes that help the children explore their breath, strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn new ways to manage stress.

Combining yoga and movement with storytelling, music, art, cooperative games and theme activities, we engage children’s natural vivacious energy and introduce them to new ways to learn through movement.  These classes are alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques that children relish in.  Partner poses and cooperative yoga games also inspire positive peer interactions that children can carry into their everyday lives

Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities to stimulate preteens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence.  Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.

Our children’s classes are held in 6-week sessions at $70 per session.  Space is limited in these classes so please register your child for the session at our EVENTS PAGE.  If you have a child who would like to try a class before registering, please give us a call at 855-YOGA-FUN (964-2386) or email at  If there is available space in the class, we are happy to allow your child to drop-in to try a class.  The drop-in fee is $13, which will also be applied toward registration for the session.
