Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In our Vinyasa classes, we will flow smoothly from posture to posture, with great focus on movement combined with the power of inhalation and exhalation. This is an intermediate level class that may move at a faster pace and include more strength postures than our Gentle and Align and Slow Flow classes. Join this class to re-energize your body and balance your energy.
