This 75-minute candlelight gentle yoga is a wonderful hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga.  This practice begins with an extended period of breath-work, relaxation and centering, followed by a slow flow of gentle yoga postures, including the use of props for yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-5 minutes, focused on tension release in the low back, hips and legs. This is then complimented with prop-supported restorative postures for deep physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity.  A perfect class for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and enjoy a great night’s sleep!
